Job Description
• Train new and existing Credit Officer about Credit Policies and guidelines, loan assessment and documentation etc.
• Design, coordinate and deliver training program for new and existing Credit Officer in consultation with Head of HR & Admin , and/or department and Branch Manager
• Ensure consistent implementation of training across Credit Department
• Ensure the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training record for Credit Officer in consultation with Head of HR & Admin
• Monitor, evaluate and report on learning and development activities across Credit Department
• Ensure all operation work is carried out in a professional and safe manner
• Provide coaching to Branch Manager and Team Leader to meet branch and individual operation goals
• Ensure that credit policies and procedure are adhered to
• Contribute on the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
• Participate in developing operation plan and implementing action plan to achieve yearly operation objectives
• Produce timely, detailed management report as needed for monitoring and management of all operation performance
• Develop operation report as required
Job Requirement
• Holding bachelor degree of banking or finance or related field.
• At least 3 years related working experience
• Has knowledge of microfinance and bank sector
• Understand about Operation Policy and Guideline of BNKC
• Understand Law, Regulation, Prakas and Announcement of NBC
• Has knowledge about developing operational plan
• Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Be able to use computer program such as; MBwin System, Ms. Office, Internet and Email
• Be able to speak, read, and write in English
