• Business Strategies
o Illustrate and develop the annual plan, associated budgets and sales strategies;
o Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the VF&B strategic plan;
o Develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities;
o Devise yearly strategy and ensure that this is monitored, maintained and adjusted if needed;
o Monitor the Financial Costs, Expenses and ensure they are in adherence with the budget;
o Represent VF&B in front of business partners.
o Achieve Financial targets and business objectives as set by the Executive Director;

o Ensure that business risks are identified, understood and monitored to mitigate the potential risks;
o Ensure the business complies with local laws and regulations;

o Develop and direct all chains' operation and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of the marketing campaign;

o Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to all staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets;
o Develop team on hard and soft skills based on job requirement
o Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

• Lead and monitor Training Proposal Evaluation team in the whole proposal appraisal processes,
• Develop an appraisal framework and criteria of training proposal and participate in providing a fair and transparent proposal appraisal,
• Prepare the project proposals appraisal reports to CEO,
• Lead the training proposal evaluation team to research and collect additional data to verify the quality and accuracy of submitted proposals,
• Collect and analyze data on training unit cost, etc., and
• Perform other tasks assigned by CEO.

• With R&D team, plan research projects to be in line with the business and institutional strategy.
• Formulate and update the research plan for the whole institution.
• With consultation with R&D team, updates research tools and research training for hired researchers
• Develop, review and update research tools to meet the objectives of the research.
• Provide trainings related to research to researchers as needed.
• Work out with branch managers to facilitate the research process.
• Supervise field researchers collecting data from the field.
• Do data entry and data analysis.
• Write up reports and suggests some recommendations based on the findings
• Develop, revise, and provide trainings related to research field to staff and/or hired researcher as needed
• Attends trainings as required and develops skills and competencies to be able to conduct all research projects needed by the bank
• Build and maintain critical relationships in a professional manner with other bank’s staff, partners, and stakeholders to promote Phillip Bank brand name and services
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager.

• Develop and modify the policies, procedures and documents for non-credit product and other value added services
• Presenting new product proposals and/or enhancements to committees
• Be the leader of taskforce team in a development and improvement of new and existing non-credit product and other value added services, including product concept development, pilot-testing, monitoring and evaluation.
• Develop Test Case, and UAT of new and modify product/service
• Regularly follow-up and analyze the non-credit product and other value added services offered by key competitors within AMK’s target market.
• Ongoing support to relevant stakeholder for any new/modified products to ensure high standard of policy and procedure compliance;
• Regularly reporting to Product Development Manager on progress of product development process, challenges or constraints to be addressed.
• Work closely with taskforce team, included MIS, CBS, RISK, Training, Marketing, Deposit, Agent and Operation Department to develop the product/service
• Work with research and other sale departments to collect ideas or feedbacks from clients, staff and partners for better improving of current products and services as well as initiating the possibility of product bundling for each specific segment of AMK’s market.

• Work with AMK’s partners and other relevant technical departments to develop end to-end process of product, including concept and prototype development or customization, testing and roll-out of the products and services.
• Keep a good relationship with partners and sharing feedbacks or suggestions for ongoing improvement on the partnership.
