Job Description
- Take instructions from Project Manager and Director and Produce Daily Report to Project Manager
- Check and verify delivered materials with Delivery Note and Master List
- Store the materials properly at work site
- Control and coordinate site arrangements with Supervise sub-contractor
• Manage daily operation on site to ensure the successful completion of the project by the required time, budget and quality constrains
• Ensure timely management of any unforeseen delays
• Monitoring and liaise with the contract’s manager and project manager on the master programs and development of stage/section project required
• Liaise with the planning team and procurement team to ensure adequate labor and sub-contract resource is available on site
• Carry out tool box briefings to the site teams and subcontractors
• Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff
• Requisite all materials, and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done so in adequate time in line with the construction program and procurement schedule
• Effectively communicate with the design team to ensure the timely release of design information
• Supervise, manage and motivate all site team including effective management of subcontractor activities on site ensuring they are engaged on target in line with the master program
• Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards
• Ensure site team and subcontractors follow common operational standards
• Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization & Management Policy
• Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the company’s policy
• Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbors as well as any other stakeholders
• Deal with emergencies on site
• Oversee operations on site
• Ensure the project progresses as scheduled and quality of works and safety on site
Job Requirement
• BA in Engineering or a related filed
• Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in the irrigation or Road project is Prioritize.
• Formal commissioning experience,
• Familiarity with construction management software packages
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes: means and methods
• Expert knowledge of Project construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
