• Understand CMED Construction ESH standard guidelines and checking and monitoring site activity for complying with CMED Construction ESH standard
• Understand authority ESH regulation, guidelines, and requirements and advise to Project Manager to make necessary arrangements

• The 3D Visualization Manager will manage a team of 3D Visualization Specialists on the production of high-quality atmospheric images and illustrations; collaborating with the graphic and architectural teams to achieve evocative style visualizations to a presentation standard whilst working to fixed deadlines.
• Ensuring the output of excellent quality visualizations is the main element of the role but it also includes:

— Produce high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations
— Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
— Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation Illustrations

1. Develop and lead a team of internal project/construction managers, assistants and coordinators to successfully deliver complex projects within a live dynamic environment.
2. Lead the onsite team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents.
3. Advise and establish clear project programs and milestones to monitor and report project progress.
4. Participate in developing project bidding strategy with the project team and purchasing/contract team. Prepare scopes of work for each trade, in construction with purchasing.
5. Review and provide schedule information for bid documents. May participate in contract negotiations.
6. Develop a logistics plan that allows the contractors to complete their work in a coordinated, efficient manner under the manager directive
7. Coordinate and integrate the activities of all of the managers, project engineers and other support staff on the project. Establish priorities for the project staff based on owner and project requirements.
8. Establish regularly scheduled meetings with the contractors and design team to review the following: shop drawing preparation / approval, equipment/material lead times and required on-site dates, manpower projections vis-a-vis the project schedule, quality/performance issues on and off site.
9. Monitor contractor/vendor pending costs. Ensure that the cost report is updated on a monthly basis.
10. Coordinate with the project executive all client “business” related contact/correspondence to ensure consistency of reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
11. Conduct regular project/contractor meetings to review project progress and the following issues: Current cost projections/change orders issued to date, anticipated “pending” costs, schedule update, requisition review, highlight near term major activities, changes to the project, any other issues deemed appropriate.
12. Ensure all costs and risk updates are communicated and incorporated into the overall project reporting.
13. Obtain approvals for changes to the project that have been generated by the contractor team.
14. Establish adequate Inspection and Testing withhold points enforced to ensure desired quality of delivery is maintained.
15. Obtain client’s acceptance of the work, and sign-off for the completed project. Responsible for the preparation and submission of the final project report, and prompt closeout of the subcontracts.
16. Study, evaluate and identify all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project.
17. Initiate site activity investigations and assessments.
18. Evaluate and assess equipment and recommend designs for the project team integrating safety measures.
19. Analyze, evaluate and initiate potential energy conservation measures while executing a project.
20. Design, develop and initiate site-specific safety plan including an accident-free safe work environment.
21. Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.
22. Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems.
23. Initiate and implement best practices, procedures and standards in compliance with Company’s rules.

• Carry out site survey for electric vehicles (EV) charging stations across Cambodia (all provinces), and provide technical proposal and costing after each visit
• Manage the installation of EV charging stations
• Support the testing & commissioning of EV charging stations
• Coordinate with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) and contractors on the scheduling of installation and T&C
• Assist in the submission of documents to LEW and for Permit to Work (PTW) and compilation of relevant documents
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance of EV charging stations
• Support innovation and trial projects for new charging hardware and software systems

• Assist to manage and lead the MEP team in processes related to MEP design between stakeholders which includes but not limited to presentation, confirmation, approval, etc.
• Manage coordination for MEP design in all stages between all stakeholders; concept, schematic, design development, tender, project implementation and post completion.
• Initiate and lead MEP research to understand latest design trends in market.
• Identify MEP design concept and develop design brief outlining design requirements to consultants
• Provide support on liaison with authorities on MEP matters.
• Facilitate and conduct MEP design document and technical review.
• Review and verify MEP design, calculations and specifications on the functionality, practicality, constructability and value-engineering aspects are complied.
• Review and ensure MEP design is compliant to regulatory and statutory requirement and is according to design brief.
• Facilitate interaction between consultants and contractor on site to resolve design and construction technical issues.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Senior Management.

- Understanding, quantifying, budgeting and managing the costs of the works involved in the Project (during the design and construction stages)
- Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
- Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
- Review and approve the monthly statement applications (or other documents) issued by the subcontractors, and advise on the contractual claims
- Track any changes to the design or actual work and document any changes in design
- Liaise with project engineers, site managers, subcontractors, the Client and its Consultants (if needed)
- Prepare reports, analyses, risk assessment and other documents which may be required by the Project Director for the Client or other relevant stakeholders
