The Senior Architect is in charge of overseeing timely and profitable completion of a project, also help coordinate the work-team, consult with clients, and draw design. This will need to develop project cost estimates, review construction bids and contracts, coordinate implementation of capital improvement projects, administer agreements with consultant architects and engineers, act as lead worker and perform related work as required.

-Working independently or with consultant architects/engineers, designs and prepares plans and specifications, develops cost estimates, and coordinates implementation of capital improvement projects, oversees the work and administers consultant construction.

Department Responsibility
The Purchase Department (PD) is responsible for developing, leading and executing plans and strategies, expediting and scheduling deliveries of materials and services to the Project Sites and Headquarters.
The PD will work with other Departments and Project Managers to lead centralized direct and indirect sourcing and procurement efforts. This will include working with the internal stakeholders from initial need identification to final goods or service delivery to meet stakeholder needs.

- Experience as Mechanical and Electrical ( M&E ) Quantity Surveyor and able to leads and work on a small team of QS's / MEP Engineers with a clear role of teaching, mentoring and up-skilling with a focus on general Quantity Surveying skills such as (but not limited to) estimation, detailed cost plans, price comparisons, BoQ preparation, method of measurement, company standard measuring practice etc.
- Ensure robust, accurate and timely in the preparation of Cost Plan and Bills of Quantities from early design information including budget costs for feasibility studies to final account settlement of a project. Work closely with the design team on design economies and identify the opportunity of value engineering.
- Assist the manager in the preparation of procurement strategy, options and contractual strategy specific to the project including contract review, contract risk analysis, recommendations and negotiation.

The role of Structural Drafter is to ensure the structure design withstand stresses and pressure
imposed through environmental and human use without any deflect, rotate, vibrate excessively or
collapse. The Team is also expected to prepare reports and work with architects, urban planners and
other professionals.
A structural drafter works off of design guidelines, measurements and calculations, which are
typically set by an engineer. Drafters complete the design by finishing all details and adding or
deleting necessary components. They may serve as a liaison between engineers and construction
workers on certain projects.

MEP Designer (HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/MEP) position is fully responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting Concept, Detail, Construction & Shop Drawings for MEP Projects related to infrastructure projects.
- Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. And or;
- Responsibility includes drawing and preparation of Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc. And or;
- Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and etc.
- Responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.
