1. Drawing plan and 3D modeling.
2. Assist senior architect to revise drawing.
3. Follow up with site engineer about progress of construction.
4. Prepare all drawing files properly.
5. Deal with problem that might come up during construction process.

7. Site visits to check on project status and report to design manager.

• Provide a good steel design that can have vales to all concerned parties
• Advise sales, site people, contractors, customers, suppliers with the best knowledge in Engineering to ensure the work can be done and safely
• Always step up to the design solution with the right Code and regulations to ensure the work can be done based on the codes and regulations
• Advise the concerned parties if found any unsafety working either at the office, the site, or the factory
• Develop and design procedures to ensure systems and workflow are corrected and traceable
• Provide Engineering Training to the concerned designs and draftsman staff promptly
• Always monitor Work KPIs weekly and monthly. Consult with managers for improvement and actions so that KPIs can be achieved
• Always advise the new or suitable engineering software that can improve Design Productivities and Design Efficiency, including Cost Effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned.

Handle all aspect of the Bank's design and architectural drawing standard
 Site visit and inspect on Bank’s construction
 Liaison with builders on design and construction works
 Supervise and coordinate the main contractors and its nominated sub-contractors
works
 Check the key stages of construction process versus the construction agreement to
ensure construction agencies fully comply with the design and achieve the assigned
deadline
 Attend site meeting, survey and conduct spot check before, during, end and post of
construction to ensure the quality and follow the standard, and to evaluate the ethics of
contractors and suppliers
 Assist and prepare the flow of office set-up work
 Compile reports of project management
 Assist others property related works

• Home land visit and collected Bad Debt and solve the problem with customer and relative
• Update collation reported in to JMC system
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result
• Ensure policy and guideline are complied
• Perform Other tasks assigned by manager
