• Remittance:
o Monitor and manage Fast payment, domestic and international remittance.
o Verify and reconcile all related daily transactions to ensure that all data and information is accurate and follow the Bank’s policy.
o Prepare all requirement reports such as ITRS and other reports which are required by management and NBC.
o Support operational staff of branches regarding to remittance, KYC, bank’s policy and NBC regulations compliance.
o Reconcile all Nostro accounts.
o SWIFT
o Prepare the Remittance User Guide for operational staff and customer.
o Create RMA with other financial institutions.
o Create users in SWIFT system.
o Verify inward remittance and credit to customer account.
o Process all outward remittance of branches into SWIFT system.
o Verify and authorize all messages type and ensure that all data and information is accurate.
o Check and verify all transactions in SWIFT system with the core banking system and reconcile all Nostro accounts.
o Constantly check all related queries or any updating from SWIFT Company and other related guidelines for adjustment or maintenance of SWIFT system.
o Solve all issues related to pending payment with correspondent banks.
o Prepare daily, monthly and annual report relating to SWIFT

 Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits;
 Seamlessly integrate and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings;
 Think creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work;
 Create and continually update project drawings lists;
 Print various formats of drawing sets for project managers and site superintendents;
 Systematically save sketches and drawings on our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made;
 Review and check sketches and drawings for errors, before sending to architects, subcontractors, project managers;
 Seek clarity and understand from engineers and project managers when you are not 100% certain of something;
 Organize and upload drawings to web based storage sites/collaboration project sites to share drawings with project and subcontractors;
 Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects.

• Quality checks on English publications.
• Reviews of internal and external documents of the bank and publications in English.

 Prepare work schedule for foreman daily, weekly, and monthly;
 Inspect and control site construction progress work;
 Inspect and ensure the quality of buildings;
 Request, inspect and control construction materials;

 To do ground surveying by Total Station tool or D-GPS tool
 To do topographic update map and calculate volume
 To work follow road cut and quarry design to relation with planning.
 Able to used computation software as Auto CAD, and some surveying software, etc.
 Able to operate the Total Station machine, Mapping, Leveling machine.
 Able to set bend mark, line marking, and coordination boundary point.
 Make cross section, mapping, and drawing.
 Cooperate daily on the contractor/sub-contractor’s work.
 Ensure the correct location of building/part of building.
 To provide on-going and continuous contractual advice during construction to ensure that all parties strictly adhere to the corrected Works
 Daily Site Inspection and survey report

- Conduct TBM with all workers and site personnel
- Ensure all site personnel and workers are with proper PPE(s): badge, helmet, safety vest, shoes, body harness, rubber/leather gloves, shield face, ear plug, goggle, mask etc., in different type of work on site
- Safety inspection on building as following point: Lifting work, Housekeeping material, Excavation work, Electricity system & electric-tools usages, Smoking area, Gas and those flammable oil storages etc.
- Site safety (information sign, warning, direction etc.)
- Environmental and hygiene inspection:
- Prepare weekly, safety observation, site safety evaluation and education report
- Others job assign by Senior Safety

- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work
