• Monitor and Supervise MEP project site works and project managers.

• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project(from Ground-breaking through commissioning and Turnover to owner)
• Support Site Director or Project Manager with developing detailed Critical-Path-Method (CPM) schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resources loading.
• Coordinate material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
• Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP project.
• Supervise review and coordination of submittals. shop drawings, as built documents, as built drawings, including the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over, the snagging and snagging reports.

• Preparing of concept, schematic, design development, tender drawings and construction drawings.

• Ensuring the accuracy and sufficiency of sale order, supporting documents, and property sale contract based on the price and discount policies, terms, interest rate, down payment, and amount of monthly payment. Besides, ensuring that they are proper and being processed timely.

1. Scope of working:

Site Engineer is reporting directly to site manager/Construction Management Director and supervision day to day operation of site work.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Follow up with site engineer of contractor and/or sub-contractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
- Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit
- Identify and highlight possible risk on project
- Accurately inventorying construction material
- Coordination for verification of extra claims raise by direct manager;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
