Job Description
• Effectively manage vendors relationship and performance improvement plan
• Facilitate in ordering vendor services upon requests by Facility Manager
• Assist in producing Leasing Contracts
• Assist in organising and managing all leasing contract records both hard and soft forms
• Assist in purchases and payments in Property department
• Assist and facilitate Record Management process (CROWN) and data collection
• Assist in Property Asset Management and finance stock takes.
• Actively seek out and implement opportunities to reduce Run the Business costs
• Drive expected value from existing Property assets and vendor contracts
• Responsible for full compliance to bank policies especially contract management, supplier management, guidelines and all relevant statutory codes. Where deviations are detected, take appropriate action to rectify and prevent reoccurrence.
Job Requirement
• To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
o Tertiary qualification in law, business & banking-related field e.g. Accounting, Asset & Financial/Cost management
o Bank Exposure
o Good background in Administration, Rental negotiation, Facility/Property management
o Good understanding on risk management and regulatory requirements
