Job Description
• Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote environmental sustainability, health and safety, corporate social responsibility, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
o Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor and report on ESG, H&S, CSR, R/C performance.
o Represent the school on ESG, H&S, CSR, R/C matters to external stakeholders.
o Provide training and education to staff on ESG, H&S, CSR, R/C matters.
o Coordinate with other departments to ensure that ESG, H&S, CSR, R/C requirements are met.
o Additional Duties:
o Oversee the school's environmental sustainability program, including waste management, energy conservation, and water conservation.
o Ensure that the school complies with all applicable health and safety regulations.
o Develop and implement the school's corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
o Manage the school's risk management program.
o Ensure that the school complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public health, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ESG, H&S, CSR, R/C, or compliance in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of ESG, H&S, CSR, R/C principles and practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting on performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
