Be responsible for the management of construction contractors performing work during the execute phase of projects with the team of Obayashi Vietnam Corporation - Cambodia Branch which is newly established in Phnom Penh.

Main duties as following;
- Control site works: Safety, schedule, quality, budget, authority matter
- Coordinate with Subcontractor and Coordinate work between building/ME/Design departments
- Work as leader, individual professional in construction work

- Inspect stock in case of malfunction, notify stakeholders for resolution
- Check stock at the site and warehouse for verify it with the system
- Check Fixed Assets at the site and warehouse for verify it with system
- Preparing report result from check warehouse and site transfer to stock controller and manager
- Keep follow up result of solve problem of stock count
- Adjust the stock according to the solution decided by the management properly
- Prepare stock monthly report
- Make a report that provides an analysis of the report on the results of site and warehouse
- 100% apply process and policy

• Responsible for modeling and rendering internal relevant projects.
• Making animations and videos.
• Produce image render product both interior and exterior.
• Making process of producing 3D model, rendering and animations.
• Support other design team to ensure the outcome at his/her best.
• Work directly with line managers as well as top management.
• Ensure project deadline is met.
• Report weekly progress of the project to line manager.

- Develop and monitor daily stock operation
- Work with the stock team to maintain an up-to-date.
- Arrange stock transactions
- Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock, and changes in stock location
- Maintain all proper documents processed for the receipt and issue of materials/tools/operation material
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure a proper reconciliation between System records and actuals.
- Manage stock layouts and efficient use of space.
- Perform other duties as assigned

• Responsible for the inspection of electrical works including firefighting system and including lightning protection system and monitoring during the work progress/execution.
• Checks materials as approved prior to installation.
• Checks location and elevation of all electrical lines from 1st Fix, the position of finishing fixtures at 3rd Fix.
• Assist MEP Manager in checking Shop Drawings, method statements, drawing up work schedules, and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Assist in completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Coordinate with C&S Engineers for building grids and elevations check.
• Attend Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Works including Lifts, IT, AV, and Kitchen.
• Highlight Non-Conformity works and coordinate with QA/QC to issue a Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
• Observe and highlight non-safe activities and site situations then coordinate with Safety Officer to issue Safety Warning/Report.
• Understand shop drawings against design drawings to clearly understand work implementation and inspection. Highlight to make RFI if there is ambiguity found.
• Check/confirm data in Contractors' submitted Daily Report.
• Managing work related to site inspection/monitoring or emergency issues.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant managers.
• Other tasks that may be instructed from time to time by MEP Managers and/or Construction Managers.

- Responsible for developing and designing internal relevant projects
- Understanding project conception needs and developing the right and model concept
- Monitor and cross check for all external project drawing design
- Manage and prepare well for construction site visit and check on construction progress with proper working report
- Solve all problems that might occur during construction process
- Checking and correcting mistake on construction drawings
- Analysis the problem of the drawing and report to top management

• The Graphic Design Officer’s duties include (but are not limited to):
o Design school’s marketing collateral including print & digital publications, advertising and promotional materials.
o Design, improve and maintain the school’s website.
o Able to support video edition and media production.
o Assisting and coordinating school’s events such Open Days, Parent-Teacher Conference, and others.
o Assisting the Marketing Manager in compiling media plans.
o Providing creative input into new advertisement campaigns.
o Other duties as assigned.
