1. Scope of working

Quantity Surveyor is responsible for both the outline and detailed estimate of the project cost and or a particular element thereof, based on drawings issued by the Design Department. Moreover, they will liaise with both the Design Department and the Construction Team that estimates (Barem’s) are being issued and released in line with the project “Barem” schedule.

2.Duties & responsibilities:

- Able to prepare OME (Order of Magnitude Estimate) based on the drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Prepare the detailed MTO’s (quantity take‐off) from drawings issued by the Design Department.
- Ensure the MTO’s is built up methodically, in sufficient detail and in accordance with good estimating practice.
- Able to assess cost affects when changes to the project occur; delays, variations and change orders.
- Able to prepare a statement of final account (records the actual cost of all sections of the project).

Architect is responsible for developing and designing construction project.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Involve with designing new building;
- Ensure that project designing matches with the needs and functional;
- Regular site visit to check on construction progress and produce detail drawings;
- Deal with problem that might come up during construction process;
- Extra claims raise by manager.

1. Scope of working:

Batching Plant Supervisor: is responsible in inspecting work areas to determine type of work required and materials and equipment to be used, controlling the operations and production of the batching plant and Equipment.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of batching plant;
- Maintenance of pneumatic pumps and valves of batching plant;
- Monitor and control errors in hydraulic system being used at the batching plant;
- Managing the stock of all raw materials aggregates, cement, filler and additive;
- Present the daily general production report of the batching plant;
- Work with site engineers to ensure accuracy in concrete production;
- Conduct a daily safety meeting to address the operating and maintenance hazards;
- Responsible for the quality control of concrete;
- Control the doze and temperature of raw material to achieve the desire temperature of concrete;
- Reads specification sheets to determine sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required for batch of concrete;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.

Primary objective of the position:
To provide technical support & expertise for the Admixture systems business, with frequent interaction with sales teams and external parties such as customers, contractors, consultant and distributors

Responsibilities:
- to provide expertise in technical support to sales team and customers, both pre-sales & post sales business. Provide advice on product suitability and its application.
- Act as a technical support provider, trouble- shooter, and technical consultant to handle customer complaints including site visits, follow up as well as prepare investigation report
- Carry out and ensure activities such as material preparation, trial mix, product demo, testing etc. are in accordance to standard/in-house procedures in order to maintain a high level of reliability and quality in the laboratory as well as site.
- Prepare and maintain record of in-house and external test data to ensure traceability of all testing information
- Analyze test results and report findings as well as put forward recommendations and/ or next steps.
- Ensure any abnormal test results are reported; investigate and recommend improvement ways.
Product Application & Development
- to provide technical guidance/assistance to customers for product application. troubleshooting through engaging sales person, customers and carry out lab test to share and enhance customer product knowledge
-Support business by providing technical guidance/assistance to customer for product applications, including mix design optimization and trouble shooting to enhance pre and post sales service.
- Propose and issue mix designs according to customer and performance requirements
- responsible for the accurate preparation of samples according to product formulation, to cater for laboratory evaluation as well as upon customer requests.
- Support team members in product development & production optimization exercise to meet customer & market requirements
