- Research, collect and analyze construction costs of all project plans
- Check and evaluate BOQ and other contracts
- Prepare, control, and facilitate sub-contractions and bidding for projects
- Measure and evaluate the working process
- Organize measurement of BOQ
- Make sure that the project plan is correct in accordance to the quantity including technical condition
- Prepare monthly report of cost control and QS work

• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and production drawings, if any.
• Make sure that the engineers in charge of finishing work know the architect and interior drawings with absolute clarity with all of the details and particularity and peculiarity accounted for.
• Ensure that finishing engineers understand the process of construction and support them to effectively make construction plan.
• Assist site engineers and foremen with technical advice and administrative support.
• Ensure strict and correct translation of drawings into construction on site.
• Work in close collaboration with foremen to ensure the correct installation of doors windows, bathroom materials… etc in strict compliance with the drawings.
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical construction issues faced by finishing engineers
• Assist the MEP engineers in their coordination and relation with the sub-contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team for periodical review to give feedback on the quality of construction materials to the procurement and design team.
• Intervene when there are conflicts between finishing engineers and sub-contractors or vendors
• Spend 85 % of the working hours on site to supervise the work of engineers and foremen to ensure the construction progresses as planned
• Coordinate vendors’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams.
• Supervise the sub-contractors’ and vendors’ work to ensure order and safety at the construction site
• Maintain staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

The Project Architect or Interior Design is responsible for undertaking a variety of finishing / ID projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing all the contractors and executing, organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Work with the design team to fully understand the shop drawings and production drawings
• Ensure that all the MEP confirmed drawings are accompanied with detailed list of MEP material specifications, for instance, functional design, sizes and shapes
• Ensure that the MEP engineers responsible for building know the MEP drawing that assigned to them with absolute clarity with all the details and particularity and peculiarity accounted for
• Assist site MEP engineers and MEP foremen with technical advice and administrative support Ensure strict and correct translation of MEP drawings into construction on site
• Work in close collaboration with MEP foremen to ensure the correct installation of re-bars and form work in strict compliance with the MEP Material installation method
• Organize and conduct project meetings for critical MEP activities
• Assist the MEP engineers in their coordination and relation with the subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with the procurement team for periodical review and update of the material order plan to ensure effective purchase order of MEP material
• Intervene when there are conflicts between MEP engineers and subcontractors or vendors
• Spend 85 % of the working hours on site to supervise the work of MEP engineers and foremen to ensure the construction progresses as planned
• Coordinate vendors’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams
• Supervise the sub-contractors’ and venders’ work to ensure order and safety at the construction site
• Maintain staff’s performance by counseling and disciplining via planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Advise/steer the company toward new construction technology
• Advise the company on key construction personnel selection
• Advise the procurement team of potential MEP material suppliers

- Perform other related duties as assigned

• Supervise day to day operation of site work.
• Interact with Site Manager for clarification, conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit.
• Assist to conduct pre-planning to ensure the availability of information, tools and equipment, place, labor and energy for on time construction.
• Accurately inventorying construction material.
• Report directly to Site Manager.
• Other Tasks as per assigned if required by line Manager.
