- Drive daily works under the supervision of Site Manager and control Site Foremen and workers
- Perform daily works and prepare material planning with Site Foremen
- Read and interpret drawings including details
- Explain drawings and provide instructions to Site Foremen and workers
- Track and control shifts and rotation of Site Foremen and workers
- Constantly check on quality & workmanship of every step of work
- Prepare daily report and submit by mail to Site Manager every day before 8:30am
- Report problems and propose solutions to Site Manager
- Report with site images and daily planning at fixed hours in each project group
- Receive and control material delivery at site. Follow the internal purchasing process.
- Produce as Built drawings and keep record of all Built Drawings including changes
- Assist Safety Officer to control Health Safety
- Other tasks that assigned by Site Manager
Job Requirement
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 1-2 year’ experience in Construction, building and/or MEP
- Knowledge of construction technology, processes and materials specifications
- Ability to manage multi-sites (grouped in one location)
- High level of autonomy and responsibility
- Great communication skills
- Strong knowledge of ACAD and other soft wares used in the company
- Honest, team worker, and committed to deadline
- English is required (both spoken and written)

Leadership

Daily Task
 Develop SHH store as a source of inspiration, tips and ideas as well as a qualified Tile, Bath and Kitchen specialist.
 Work with all Store Supervisors to make sure that product range presentation and visual merchandising in the store is optimized and that there is a common thread throughout each store.
 Provide a vibrant and exciting atmosphere that convinces the visitors to come back for more repeat visits.
 Ensure that all SHH stores are well presented, and follow all of the pre-set planogram and store design guideline.
 Walk the store once every two weeks to make sure the stores are well organized according to plan.
 Together with the Store Supervisor, strive to reach the SHH positioning objectives and to position the store on the local market as the No. 1 choice for Tile Bath & Kitchen provider.
 Communicate with other departments and management to resolve any problems.
 Plan, execute and follow-up on the store promotional campaigns.
 Work with the Line Manager to plan and organize marketing activities.
 Plan and lead major changes in the store including building up new store.
 Brief with client after project completion to ensure that goals are met and the project are done according to the customer’s expectations.
 Work closely with technician team on kitchen and furniture installation to ensure that it follows the design plan.
 Design banner, leaflet, booklet, name card, ID card, X-stand, promotion banner, and others related with design career.
 Manage project installation schedule using Project Management templates.

Report
 Prepare and present weekly and monthly report of your goal and achievement.
 Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
 Prepare Project Installation Schedule and report project progress.
 Evaluate on project performance for both internal and external installation team to ensure excellent customer service.
 Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
 BA in Interior Design or any relate field.
 At least 1 years working experience in Interior or graphic Design position.
 Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
 Be able to travel to the site when needed.
 Be able to work under pressure.
 Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.
 Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)
 Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
 Strong skill in organization.
 Very patience, flexible, honest and friendly
