• Sales Strategy Management
• Follow & analyze the products market as well as factors driving consumer trends and the influence:
• Branding and activity work with Marketing Team and GM Directly.
• Presenting recommendations based on appropriate data and insights on a continuous basis.
• Meeting Sales Goals/Targets set by the company
• Monitor company’s industry competitors, products, market conditions and understand customer's specific needs
• Work with marketing department to implement strategic marketing plan, especially, Trade Promotion Consumer Promotion and sales support,
• Wholesaling, consumer behavior report to the General Manager,
• Suggesting selling price be appropriate in relation to the market situation and company's policies,
• Taking care to maintain warm relationships with all customers, suppliers and vendors
• Sales Planning, coaching and management of all sales staff
• Excellent communication skills in English, strong leadership, networking and Sales and Marketing Management, Event Management skill
• Other tasks as assigned by direct report line
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree Business Management, Marketing, Management or related
• Minimum 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager (Experience in trade industry plus) Proven independent experience,
• Extensive experience developing, maintaining, delivering sales and marketing strategies meet Company objectives,
• Outgoing, positive, energetic personality
• A proven ability advising promotional staff activities.
• Good presentation & strong interpersonal skills,
