Generally, M&E Chief Engineer is going to participate in a construction of new projects and
also involved to maintenance service for completed projects according to assignment.
Working in variety kind of M&E systems, such as medium voltage, low voltage, extra low
voltage, plumbing, fire protection, air conditioning….

Main duties as following;
In construction stage:
- Responsible for overseeing M&E works and coordinating subcontractors take part in
project, especial M&E subcontractor and ensure that health & safety & cleaning and
sustainability policies legislation are adhered to
- Check shop drawing to ensure that they are follow owner requirement and common
technical practice
- Conduct in site inspection and system commissioning ensuring that installation and
setting conform to design and standards
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- In addition, M&E engineer will in charge to maintain temporary utilizes (water, power)
of the construction always in good condition
- Provide technical advice about plan, organize and supervise staffs and subcontractors
ensure that their task are completed on time and quality.
After handing over project:
- Basic troubleshooting to solve customers' problems as soon as possible
- Interacting with other teams and subcontractors to identify the cause of problem,
defect
- Supervise performance of subcontractor for the modification or renovation works
- Report problem, work result in appropriately way to relate parties
- Act as the primary liaison between company and owners
- Track and manage maintenance work record
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University specialized in electrical engineering or thermal engineering
- Have at least 4 years’ experience in M&E engineering especial construction
- Good MS Office and Auto cad, prefer proficient in Revit MEP
- Understanding construction regulation in Cambodia
- Able to communicate and work in English
- Interpersonal and leadership skills; and ability to work well alone and in a team
- Work out on a construction site in all weathers, depending on the location of the
