Job Description
• Track student behaviour concerns, identify and refer students who need support.
• Enforce disciplinary measures issued by teachers (Lunch Time Reflections - announcing via WhatsApp, supervision, check attendance, follow up frequency, quality, work during reflection periods)
• Supporting teachers and academic officer enforcing uniform policy, class attendance other daily school policies violations.
• Supporting teachers with all student discipline matters.
• Supporting academic team and teachers with printing, copying, preparing learning materials and decorating classrooms.
• Inform Principal, Coordinator, or academic team any students with consistent behavior concerns.
• Supporting break time supervisors through monitoring, advice, follow up.
• Collaborate with the Student Support team to develop Behavioral Implementation Plans (BIPs)
• Supporting student development in relation to policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the academic team and teachers providing students’ routines, transitions, and student management in the classroom.
• Help supervise students scan in in the morning and scan out in the evening.
• Help supervise grade 6 students in the Khmer program in the afternoons.
• Help assist Khmer teachers in grade 6 to set up equipment, prepare chairs, tables, smartboard as needed, learning materials, and make a copy of handouts, exercises, lesson
• Other duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor/Diploma in education, English or other relevant certificates.
• Experience in similar type of work with school and other institutions is an advantage.
• Good in English is mandatory with the ability to speak, read and write clearly and accurately.
• Committed to the character development of children.
• Is passionate about educating and nurturing young children.
• Hard working, motived, and well- groomed;
• Positive attitude toward learning, problem solving, team work.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
