Job Description
• Maintain, repair and install electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the condo building
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Perform minor to mid-level repair jobs can be handled, with adjustments for outsourced repairs that are outside the scope of internal work
• Coordinate with upper management any and all operating problems and solutions
• Report any tenant complaints to upper management
• Follow the proper procedure of documenting all duties handled
• Assist in performing "move in, move out" inspections using the "Move in, Move out" Inspection form
• Perform periodic light inspections of common areas to detect lighting or security hazards
Job Requirement
- Knowledge in all building repair trades, work safety
requirements, and repair
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems
(electrical, plumbing, air conditioner etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with
fellow employees and vendors/contractors
- Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the
electrical, plumbing and other related systems
- Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed
