• Maintain databases ensuring that data is held securely, with integrity and meets all DGB Bank’s policy and security standards. Ensure that processes for the capture and maintenance of data are effective and efficient.
• Ensure necessary system maintenance and upgrades are planned, communicated and implemented with minimal impact on business operations; identifying any relevant training requirements with staff may need be trained on or notified of the changes

• Prepare the Guidelines and Procedures of International Fund Transfer and Local Fund Transfer such as Inter-Bank Transfer, FAST, RFT, BAKONG and alliance partners.
• Prepare daily operations reports of Local and International Fund Transfer, ITRS, PSD and other related reports which are required by management and regulatory bodies.
• Review and approve the daily transactions of Local and International Fund Transfer.
• Verify and reconcile Nostro and Vostro accounts to ensure that all daily transactions are corrected.
• Supervise and support subordinates and operational staff of the branches regarding to the implementation and compliance of Remittance Guideline/Procedures, KYC, CDD, EDD, AML/CFT policy and other related regulatory requirements.

• Design, implementation, documentation and publishing the IT security policies within bank.
• Advise on IT security issues and make recommendations for action.
• Monitor and manage significant security issues/breaches, taking remedial action where possible
• Develop training material for the IT Awareness program.
• Responsible for conducting the IT Awareness program for internal staff and for customer via social media.
• Ensure that all new implementations of solutions are compliant with the IT security requirements; ensuring best practice is always followed.
• Monitor and ensure that appropriate levels of security exist in the following IT areas but not limit to PC’s, client server, LAN, WAN, broadband networks, web environments, firewalls, IP telephony, disaster recovery, financial … etc.
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data at rest or while in transit between end point devices, servers and other systems including any data at rest on hosted, third party systems where IT have been involved.
• Arrange and manage the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits.

• ATM and Card project:
o Implement and maintain the card security systems.
o Work and support closely with testing team for successfully completion of CSS or in house ATM projects.
o Work with other members of banks for CSS project.
o Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) procedure for new feature development, customization and upgrading of card systems.
o Participate in card system upgrading and testing, if required.
o Continuously develop, evaluate and implement new features of card system for improving of bank operations.
o Work closely with support team and vendor for solving all card system related issues.
o Design all forms/documents for supporting of all new feature development, customization and upgrading of the system.
o Good knowledge of card system, card procedure, ATM scenario, online payment process (CSS), new CSS specification and ISO message.
o Develop all related business requirements for critical system changes.
o Participate in user training for new or modified feature or functionalities of the system, if any.

• Manage new card scheme projects implementation (Visa, Master, Union Pay, JCB, Cyber Source etc.) and any other third-party integration project
• Implement new NBC initiated projects (CSS POS, FAST, Bakong, etc.)
• Implement new fast payment projects (Visa Tap and Pay, mVISA, and any other fast payment project developed by other card schemes)
• Apply CMS Admin and supports team to test and deploy in the production environment
• Initiate new technology functionalities on top of the current existing functionalities on the ATM machines and POS terminals to ensure that bank is a leading technology bank

The Web Development and IT Officer will, on one side, be responsible for the everyday performance of the website and social media platforms to ensure an excellent user experience to ODC users. At the same time, he/she will play a key role in the longer-term IT strategy and website development by conducting user testing, exploring improved and new functionalities. On the other hand, the Web Development and IT Officer will closely work with all ODC team in addressing their needs and supporting the organization in publishing and updating the content on the platform. Related key tasks include enhancing the security of the system, report technical issues and managing software and hardware needs.

Data Researcher and Geographic Information System Officer is in charge of finding public domain data for internal use and publishing. Responsible for: gathering and organizing different datasets published by public data providers, routinely digitizing data and preparing data for further analysis and visualizations. Assist teams with ensuring data across ODC's topic areas are complete, accurate, and up to date.
