Job Description
• Work closely with Sales teams to drive integration and execution of Marketing Plans.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy to meet established sales and market shares target.
• Responsible for leading, developing and implementing: the brand strategy, market research, communication strategy, media planning and promotion strategy.
• Research and analyses the marketplace and target customer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumer
• Increase Product and brand awareness through various activities
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Support in the strategic development, implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including media planning and reporting / analytics.
• Manage Social Media accounts, websites, and cooperation with influencers.
• Co-develop & lead the full digital marketing agenda for respective brands.
• Lead in launch activities and integrated campaign aligned with brand strategy across various digital channel activations
• Manage Digital Always on Engagement model to capture consumer value journey opportunities that bring value to the business.
• Identify relevant digital marketing trends & tools and analyze new opportunities for our business.
• Steering of agencies both creative & media to conduct project on-time
• Performance results tracking & analysis; internal data performance analysis.
• Monitors feedback, addresses inquiries and elevates complains
• Facilitates online discussions, polls, promotions, contests, celebrity guesting
Job Requirement
• Gender: Male or Female
• Experience at least 2 year in related field.
• Relevant working experience in Automotive is a plus.
• Good in English speaking/reading/writing and listening or Chinese is a plus.
• Great skills with adobe, Illustration, photoshop and Lightroom.
