• Oversees the construction activities that take place on the worksite/village.
• Support the design, planning, proposal preparation, government review process for school construction projects.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly progress updates and other related reporting requirements.
• Track and monitor progress of specific and overall construction activities and maintain a construction schedule.
• Communicate regularly for technical input from the School structural engineer and construction management consultant.
• Assist logistics in procurement according to specifications required and the SP Field Operations Guidelines.
• Engage, mobilize and build close relationships with community and school leaders during all phases of the project.
• Represent SP in meetings with School Principal, church leaders and the community.
• Coordinate activities with local authorities, contractor and churches.
• Actively promote and ensure safety in the construction environment, conducting risk assessments before each activity.
• Assist with coordination of Donor teams and guide them in the construction process.
• Identify and report to the PM any issues and problems that affect the achievements of the project.
• Share lessons learned or innovative ways to implement the project that will bring efficient use of resources and achieve better results.
• Participate in the devotions and perform other duties as assigned by Program Manager.

• Equipment roving inspection, regular test and switching, timely detection of equipment defects and filling and reporting.
• Switching operation.
• Handle work tickets within the permitted scope.
• Deal with equipment defects and abnormal conditions.
• Implementation of daily maintenance, elimination, overhaul and technical transformation of equipment.
• Strengthen learning and training to improve safety skills and technical skills.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

• Handle finishing works in the assigned by project.
• Coordinates program activities design to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. through life cycle of project.
• Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants and resolves problems in the area of finishing’s to ensure meeting of contractual commitments.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers.
• To implement and ensure the maintenance of quality management systems for projects.
• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
• To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare quality reports, defects if any.
• To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness.
• To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.
• To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work
• To prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Performance other related required by higher management from time to time.

• Responsible for the inspection of electrical, mechanical and plumbing works including firefighting system and including lightning protection system and monitoring during the work progress/execution.
• Checks materials as approved prior to installation.
• Checks location and elevation of all MEP lines from 1st Fix, position of finishing fixtures at 3rd Fix.
• Assist MEP Manager in checking Shop Drawings.
• Assist MEP Manager in checking Method Statements.
• Assist MEP Manager in drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Assist MEP Manager in completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Coordinate with C&S Engineers for building grids and elevations check.
• Attend Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Works including Lifts, IT, AV and Kitchen.
• Highlight Non-Conformity works and coordinate with QA/QC to issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
• Observe and highlight non-safe activities and site situation then coordinate with Safety Officer to issue Safety Warning/Report.
• Understand shop drawings against design drawings to clearly understand work implementation and inspection. Highlight to make RFI if there is ambiguity found.
• Check/confirm data in Contractors submitted Daily Report.
• Managing work related to site inspection/monitoring or emergency issues.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant managers.
• Other tasks that maybe instructed from time to time by MEP Managers and/or Construction Manager.

Duties

• ធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផលរបស់អិលអូអិលស៊ីទៅកាន់អតិថិជន និងបើកតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការភូមិថ្មី។
• លក់ផលិតផលផ្សេងៗទៀតក្រៅពីផលិតឥណទានដូចជាសេវាប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំ និងសេវាបង់រំលោះ ។ល។
• គ្រប់គ្រង ថែរក្សាអតិថិជនដែលមានស្រាប់ និងជ្រើសរើសអតិថិជនថ្មី។
• សិក្សាវាយតម្លៃពាក្យស្នើសុំកម្ចី និងឯកសារដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធពីអតិថិជន។
• គ្រប់គ្រងផលបត្រឥណទានឱ្យមានគុណភាពល្អ។
• ពិនិត្យជាប្រចាំពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្ចី ការសងត្រឡប់ និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំថ្ងៃ/ខែ/ឆ្នាំ។
• ធ្វើការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតទៅតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទាល់។

Duties
• ធ្វើការវិភាគអំពីស្ថានភាពប្រតិបត្តិការ និងតំបន់របស់សាខា ដើម្បីរិះរកយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត និងបង្កើត គោលនយោបាយ ក្នុងការបង្កើនការប្រមូលត្រឡប់នូវបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ។
• រៀបចំផែនការប្រមូលប្រចាំខែ ដោយមានការអនុម័តពីប្រធានផ្នែកដោះស្រាយបំណុល។
• ពិភាក្សាជាមួយនាយក/នាយិកាសាខា ដើម្បីបង្កើតវិធីសាស្រ្តតាមដានស្វែងរកឬសគល់នៃបញ្ហា ឥណទានទាំងកត្តាខាងក្នុង និងកត្តាខាងក្រៅ ដែលរួមមានកត្តាអតិថិជន ឬអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។
• ជួយមន្រ្តីដោះស្រាយបំណុលនៅតាមសាខា ដើម្បីរៀបចំឯកសារផ្លូវច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃ កិច្ចសន្យាសងប្រាក់រវាងអតិថិជន និងសាខា។
• ជួយបង្កើតផែនការដោះស្រាយបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ ឬបំណុលដែលបានលុបចេញពីបញ្ជី។
• តាមដានរបាយការណ៍ផ្ញើមកពីគ្រប់សាខា។
• រៀបចំនិងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពតារាងតាមដានបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ភ្លាមៗដល់ ប្រធានផ្នែកដោះស្រាយបំណុលដើម្បីផ្តល់ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេស នៅពេលមានសាខាណាមួយមិនអាចដោះស្រាយបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវបាន។
• ប្រមូលរបាយការណ៍ពីសាខា និងរាយការណ៍ជូនថ្នាក់គ្រប់គ្រងអំពីព័ត៌មានពាក់ព័ន្ធ នឹងគណនីបំណុលយឺតយ៉ាវ។

• Design and develop website and ensure that it is attractive and easy to access and device responsive.
• Develop guideline for ongoing maintenance LOLC’s Web Application.
• Maintain and develop Web Application and database for other departments if required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
