• Key Responsibilities
o MP&L Manager are the drivers of standardization and continuous improvement in the material supply chain process. The Material Planning & Logistics teams work to provide a synchronous flow of materials to plant & its customer at an affordable cost.
o This position will directly lead team of around 2-3 engineers and supervisors.
o Position is expected to develop the team for handling all the processes of incoming and outgoing material/vehicles
o Responsible for the daily material handling functions for the facility and for the department
o Ensure proper material flow from receiving dock, to warehouse storage location, to the production line feed location, to the delivery of finished product/vehicles to dealerships/customers
o Ensure compliance to all custom and local regulations for material procurement activities
o Coordinate with RMA (ADC) for kit shipments as per production and order shedule
o Waste management and coordinate scrapping process
o Provide direction and support in the allocation of resources in order to appropriately cover material handling responsibilities
o Support Ford Production System and synchronous material flow through lean manufacturing practices Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work
o Ensure efficient and timely supply of parts/material to production lines
o Continuous Improvement in material handling process for cost reduction, safety and efficiency point of view
o Build Team Leader and Team Member capability
o Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks
o Administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents
o Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends
o Accountable for material inventory, related cost and accuracy of material documents
o Plan and organize the MP&L related equipment tools for efficient operation

o Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
o Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
o Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
o Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs
o Design fixtures and tooling for assembly tasks

• Key Detailed Responsibilities
o Overseeing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the RMAC ESMS. This includes communicating, monitoring, representative management, reporting and education.
o To do administrative management of the ESMS in offices, showrooms, workshops within RMA Cambodia operation area.
o To review and update of the ESMS/HSE information containing the policies and procedures as planned or required.
o To monitor and interact with the key persons in showrooms and workshop in all ESMS, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements and its conformance which include preparation of ESMS/HSE Project Plan, Risk assessment and random safety inspections.
o To lead the investigation team in case of serious accidents or incidents, and monitor and review accident statistics and advise the team as and when needed.
o To ensure that the ESMS/HSE system in RMAC offices, showrooms and workshops is regularly reviewed for its continuing effectiveness and that adherence to procedures is assessed by means of planned and independent internal and external audits.
o To carry out investigation and ensure corrective action on any Non-Conformances on ESMS/HSE system.
o To report to the direct line supervisor the status of the ESMS/HSE management system.
o To attend training and seminars related to ESMS/HSE when it’s necessary
o To perform other relevant tasks as required by Direct Line Manager.
