Job Description
• Key Detailed Responsibilities
o Overseeing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the RMAC ESMS. This includes communicating, monitoring, representative management, reporting and education.
o To do administrative management of the ESMS in offices, showrooms, workshops within RMA Cambodia operation area.
o To review and update of the ESMS/HSE information containing the policies and procedures as planned or required.
o To monitor and interact with the key persons in showrooms and workshop in all ESMS, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements and its conformance which include preparation of ESMS/HSE Project Plan, Risk assessment and random safety inspections.
o To lead the investigation team in case of serious accidents or incidents, and monitor and review accident statistics and advise the team as and when needed.
o To ensure that the ESMS/HSE system in RMAC offices, showrooms and workshops is regularly reviewed for its continuing effectiveness and that adherence to procedures is assessed by means of planned and independent internal and external audits.
o To carry out investigation and ensure corrective action on any Non-Conformances on ESMS/HSE system.
o To report to the direct line supervisor the status of the ESMS/HSE management system.
o To attend training and seminars related to ESMS/HSE when it’s necessary
o To perform other relevant tasks as required by Direct Line Manager.
Job Requirement
• Education Knowledge and Requirements
o Strategic Thinking, Planning and Organizing, Analytical Thinking, and Teamwork
o Technical Education/Engineering or significant experience in HSSE
o At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
o Experience in complex environments and hierarchies
o Strong in both design and implementation of projects
o Excellent command of English/Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Should be well educated and trained in at least one of the following:
o Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007).
o Other suitable IOS / HSE internationally recognized management systems (NEBOSH Qualified).
o Experience in big multinational company will be considered a plus
o Solution-oriented/Proactive and self-motivated/Able to work under pressure/Strong leadership skills
o Management experience/Resilient and flexible/Excellent communicator
