• Follow academic workflow
• Teacher Attitude & Professionalism: Teacher must be well prepared with excellent discipline, punctual, approachable, respectful, responsible, reliable, and cooperative & have good sense of humors etc.
• Teacher Support Observation: Be cooperative, open-minded and willing to improve
• Teaching & Learning: Ensure quality of learning & teaching with up to date methodology & technology
• Lesson Plan: Prepare and follow lesson plan
• Extra learning activities: Plan a program that helps each student achieve learning objectives & curriculum goal
• Test: Prepare, correct, and update all tests, quizzes, both soft and hard
• Homework & Handout: Provide enough homework and handout for students
• Learning materials & Resources: Prepare for all classes as needed, be innovative & creative
• Professional Development: All teachers must commit to continually improve their teaching methodology skills and knowledge
• Student: Discipline, learning outcome, score, homework, attendance, attitude, communication, counseling, grooming, participation, engagement, competitions, observation & evaluation, etc.
• Student Evaluation: Evaluate students’ performance and progress to enhance their skills and attitude on regular basis
• Student Feedback: Cooperate and be open-minded for student feedback if applicable (once per term/semester)
• Parents: Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, general services & support, etc.
• School Events & PTC: Propose, prepare, and participate in all school events including parent-teacher meeting
• Curriculum: Follow the school curriculum, course outline and syllabus
• English Learning Environment: All students must communicate in English at all-time except during their Khmer or Chinese learning time
• Classroom Management: well-disciplined, fun and effective learning environment
• Break time & Lunch time: Teachers must be with students during break time and lunch time (as appointed) to ensure safety

• Demonstrated effective teaching skills, including working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The capacity to develop productive and caring relationships with students, parents and staff where the focus is the wellbeing and learning of students.
• ABA degree or equivalent, preference will be given to candidates with qualified teacher status in their home countries and those with Cambridge experience (IGCSE, A Levels, and Cambridge Primary).
