Job Description
• Develop and implement Public Relations (PR) and Marketing strategy, action plan, and budget,
• Manage and lead PR & Marketing team to promote SDF and overseeing relevant activities,
• Conduct outreach programs/media and manage the SDF’s channels,
• Liaise good relationship with private sector, training providers and relevant stakeholders,
• Collect and analyze data of the skills demand and supply,
• Develop and publish press releases, public statements, communication materials and annual report,
• Prepare the SDF progress reports and annual report to submit to CEO, and
• Perform other tasks assigned by CEO.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in communications, (digital) marketing, journalism, business administration, public relations, or related fields,
• At least 5 years’ experiences in relevant fields,
• A proven track record of successful PR and marketing campaign,
• Excellent communication, creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices,
• Excellent leadership, management and attention to detail, and
• Good command of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing (Chinese is a plus).
