Job Description
• RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
o Sales: Generate Sales and meet targets
o Sales & Marketing Strategy: Prepare effective sales & marketing strategy that adhere to budgets
o Recruitment & Training: Help recruit and train sales & marketing teams to the excellence
o PR: Develop strong Public Relation & Networking with B2B, other school and community, etc.
o Brand Awareness: Create consistent powerful branding awareness and objectives
o Solutions & Product Expansion: Expand product lines and services with better solutions
o Business Development & Expansion: Responsible for business analysis, expansion and development
o Events: Organize school events and other marketing related activities to generate sales
o Meeting: Organize & facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events (notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting)
o Advertising: Design print ads and publication, Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
o Social Media: Create a strong Social Media to boost consumer’s engagement & sales via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
o Promotion: Propose effective promotion strategies & tools to boost up the enrollment & sales
o Customer Survey & feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback internal & external
o SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT Analysis as needed to ensure the growth of the market share and stay competitive in the business arena
o Reports:
o Competitor analysis including price, product and strategy (termly, semester, yearly)
o Students enrollment and dropped out (daily, weekly, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o suggestion box and survey (daily, weekly, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o Daily operation services (daily, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o Customer daily visit report (daily, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
