Job Description
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Customer Services: Identify problems with solutions, greeting & general services, communication & relation
o Lost and Found Service: keep record, manage lost and found items
o Admission & Enrollment: Enrollment, registration, school management system, payments, student interview & Placement, application & documents, student ID & Parent pick up card, etc.
o Sale: set and meet sale targets
o Customer Relation Management: Keep record of customer visit & enrollment, follow up & feedback
o PR & Marketing: Public Relation, events, competitions, media, social media, SWOT analysis, business survey & expansion. Prepare & deliver other school flyers and other related activities
o Media: Encourage all photos and videos are liked, shared, commented by students and team members.
o Parents: Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, general services, community, support, etc.
o Stock: Manage the stock and inventory including books, uniforms, photocopy
o Call Centre: Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face
o International Study Centre: Promote international study service, generate sales & offer student support, prepare all related documents
o Events & Meeting: Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events including notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting
o Other service: Promote Food Court, Noon care, Transportation services to customers
o OTHER DUTIES
o Respect and act according to school’s vision, mission, goals, all management system, policies and guidelines.
o Conduct, attend all meeting & training required by the organization
o Cooperate well with other departments and Campuses.
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the immediate manager
o Perform other duties as required.

o Customer visit record via phone call, FB page, and walk in (daily, weekly, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o Customer feedback via phone call, FB page, and walk in (daily, weekly, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o Student number of enrollment, dropped and transferred (Weekly, monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o School events, academic activities, and other related activities (monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o Stock & inventory reports including books, uniforms, & other materials (termly, semester, yearly)
o Paper management (monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
o Student information analysis including suggestion box and survey (monthly, termly, semester, yearly)
