• Conduct preliminary audit analyses of MIS by identifying the risks per macro process to make sure risks are taken into consideration and identified and audit activities meet the scope and objectives;
• Execute the audit program for assigned MIS audit missions by selecting the right transactions and activities and other macro processes under support from the manager or supervisor to ensure the audit mission is cost-effective and the risks of internal control implementation and design are properly identified and confirmed;
• Perform IT audit testing to evaluate the quality of internal control implementation and design by relevant departments;
• Follow up, during the audit mission, previous audit recommendations to assess whether all recommendations have been actioned by the responsible auditees and to classify the status of each recommendation;
• Review audit working paper and evidence for assigned IT audit missions to ensure the completeness of audit findings and identification of root causes, implications, and recommendations;
• Collect relevant and sufficient audit evidence on a specific macro process under the supervision of the supervisor in order to rate the quality of internal control for that process;
• Prepare draft audit reports on the assigned missions and participate in a presentation to heads of auditees in order to make sure they are well informed.

• Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, security, and computer hardware and software;
• Monitors network utilization and performance, firewall, email, anti-virus systems and implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability;
• Develops data analysis templates, data management system structure to facilitate timely information required with data quality assurance;
• Identifies problematic areas and implement strategic solutions and verifies application results by conducting system audits;
• Administers Production & Disaster & Recovery Site, backup procedures, information security and control structures complied with IT policies;
• Supports in aligning, collecting and reporting on relevant indicators to the organizational systems, and other external systems as relevant;
• Lead the MIS and Network team, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects for the overall planning, organizing, and executing of all information technology within the organization, and will directly report to Head of IT division.

• Design, develop, support and maintain business application software for the Bank
• Responsible for the smooth running of all banking application systems

• Maintain and monitor IT system performance and network connectivity to ensure optimal performance
• Assist in troubleshooting for all issues related to network, operating system software, applications or equipment failure
• Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades
• Assist in network design and implementation and recommend best practice on network infrastructure setup
• Perform systems hardening, evaluate systems vulnerabilities and apply patches/ fixes
• Assist in planning for disaster recovery activities and documentation of procedures

• Manage IT Factory ensure all servers and hardware in Data Center are well managed and monitored, resources utilization, health check of Servers, Email system, File server and other IT systems.
• Maintenance of AD, file sharing server, mail server, other system.
• Ensure that server security update, patches update are regular checked and applied
• Ensure that all bank’s servers run smoothly (24/7)
• Maintain user/role management, perform regular review
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Responsible for server capacity, storage and resource planning
• Ensure that server infrastructure documentation is up-to-date
• Lead helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related systems (CCTV, Alarm, Fire, Access Door, Email, etc.) problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

• Facilitate design of electrical facilities, LV, ELV, etc. and establish design documents
• Review and comment on shop drawings submitted by the Contractor
• Perform day to day inspection on site regular inspection on all equipment and materials
• Manage and perform tests on various materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards
• Assist the construction manager to write up reports as required
• Coordinate design work with related engineering disciplines
• Attend job and construction meetings and participate in the coordination of the work

• Conduct research and analysis to stay up to date with current vulnerabilities.
• Conduct analysis of vulnerability scans from sources such assessment tools.
• Write comprehensive risk assessments on impacts of vulnerabilities found.
• Utilize automated and manual testing methods to validate vulnerability testing methods.
• Discover and remediate inadequate security practices.
• Perform after-action reviews of all associated team efforts and products to ensure completion and accuracy of analysis.
• Conduct risk register on exceptional vulnerabilities.
• Respond to any external entities such as auditor on vulnerabilities report and exceptions.
• All other matters ancillary to the above and to perform any other related issues that management may require from time to time.

• Formulate and execute innovative iPay User, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve customer experience.
• Monitor iPay User sales management and providing good collaboration with relevant parties to strategize building good relationships both private and public sector then distribute iPay User to target end-users.
• Promote actively LOLC's corporate identity, products and services through various educational institutions.
• Promote sales in low performance branches and newly established branches.
• Supporting RMs and BMs to develop plan for iPay Cambodia by monitoring the performance regularly to ensure the achievement of business goal.
• Interact with customers, providing iPay User training, and/or meeting with prospective and existing potential customers to identify the needs and iPay User solutions.
• Work with marketing team to create customer messages to communicate issues/ upgrades involving systems to minimize negative customer service impact.
• Conduct market analysis and research for existing and new potential iPay Users.
• Perform other tasks which assigned by manager.
