- Conduct the HSE training to new workers and other involved team before enter the site. And specific HSE training to the supervisors and team if it is applicable in the project.
- Provide weekly and monthly report to site management team.
- Coordinate and key person of HSE meeting with involved team.
- Record the Minute of Meeting (MoM) and site inspection/ patrol.
- Processing and request the Permit to Work (PTW) to process routine activities.
- Monthly checklist to all the equipment and power tools.
- And other task to comply actual requirement.

MEP Designer (HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/MEP) position is fully responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting Concept, Detail, Construction & Shop Drawings for MEP Projects related to infrastructure projects.
- Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. And or;
- Responsibility includes drawing and preparation of Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc. And or;
- Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and etc.
- Responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

** Roles and Responsibilities: The Plumbing and Fire Fighting Design Engineer position will provide optimum design solutions for customer applications, designs for manufacturability and cost estimates for quotation purposes based on their designs.
- Produce concept design of plumbing and firefighting system as per architect layout, requirement of client and specification
- Produce tender drawing of plumbing and firefighting system (waste, soil and rain water, sprinkler, hose reel and fire extinguisher system…..
- Provide calculate note, if require
- Prepare shop drawing for submission and resubmission (Plumbing, Fire Fighting System drawing)
- Select and prepare some material for submission
- Contact with supplier to request some quotation and technical documents, if require
- Take off BOQ of firefighting and plumbing system (sprinkler head, pipe, sanitary fixture unit…)
- Prepared information regarding design, structure specification, material, equipment, estimated cost and construction time.
- Consult with the Consultant to determine function and spatial requirement of MEP.
- Coordinate closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Architect, Structure Team……
- Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents.
