** Roles and Responsibilities: The main roles of the position will be responsible for developing design of construction project.
- Conceptualize on Drawing
- Accountability and flexible on design change
- Layout and detail drawing
- Provide details/Shop drawing
- Interpret and prepare architectural shop drawing.
- Conduct site inspection with drawing
- Update all drawing with changes if needed.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure drawings are updated with building works.
Job Requirement
- Degree in architecture and other equivalent degree.
- At least 1 year experienced in architectural design and similar position.
- Be able to use application (Autocad 2D, Google Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office).
- Being pro-active in the delivery of tasks.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Good sound of verbal and written in English and Khmer.
- Being able to work in team and good time management, hard-working and initiative skill.
- Being honest, friendly, flexible, high commitment, good attitude, open-minded and work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation (mastered the art of persuasion), problem solving skills, and presentation skills.
- Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace.

I. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Purchase tools/equipment and other accessories daily- Find supplier and quotation with suitable price
- Process PO, PR via Intranet System- Following up PO & PR to make sure the tools/equipment delivered to site
- Check the function of motor & spare parts and send to be fixed- Transferring materials/tools/equipment/accessories as need from site to site
- Daily key-in stock use into Intranet System- Work closely with stock keeper and procurement team to deliver the tasks more effectively
- Doing weekly, monthly and other reports as requested- Perform other duties as assigned
- Check and record materials/tools/equipment/accessories which are taken by T&W- Open and close stock after finishing work
- Compare and count materials/tools/equipment/accessories before stock in
- Prepare list of equipment/tools/accessories to stock out- Properly store and keep stock space
- Check materials/tools/equipment/accessories which are able to send to other sites
- Provide uniform/materials/tools/equipment/accessories to T&W and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- At least associate degree Business Administrative, Accounting & Finance or equivalent degree
- Some Experiences are preferable
- Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and across SMCD
- Have interpersonal, communication skills
- Be honest, hard-working, and able to Work under pressure
- Strong in Khmer and able to use English language both verbal and written

** I. Roles and Responsibilities: The main roles of the position will be responsible for developing design of construction project.
- Support the HSE Manager and site management team with implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Report all accident & incident report to line Manager. And do investigation with mitigation method to avoid happen once gain.
- Site inspection or site patrol with involved parties team by weekly or monthly
- Establish risk assessment or Job Safety Analysis (JSA) each task.
- Establish, optimize and execute all safety related rules & regulation.
- Provide and keep record toolbox talk meeting (TBM) with whole team by weekly/ daily.
- Support and implement the HSE documentation to comply the project requirement.
- Conduct the HSE training to new workers and other involved team before enter the site. And specific HSE training to the supervisors and team if it is applicable in the project.
- Provide weekly and monthly report to site management team.
- Coordinate and key person of HSE meeting with involved team.
- Record the Minute of Meeting (MoM) and site inspection/ patrol.
- Processing and request the Permit to Work (PTW) to process routine activities.
- Monthly checklist to all the equipment and power tools.
- And other task to comply actual requirement.
Job Requirement
- Graduate Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or relevant skill.
- Solving problem and being flexible affectively.
- Required experience in the HSE field at least 4 years.
- Work individual or team work. Working under pressure and tight timeline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, honesty. Be self-motivated and confidence
- Good in Khmer and English, both is affectively speaking and writing.
