• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or/and related field
• Establish relationship and communicate as needed to support students/families
• Understand crisis intervention, child protection, gender-based violence, etc.
• Experience in working with traumatized children and families
• Minimum 2-year experience as community facilitator, school social worker, and/or counselor
• Willing to advocate to decrease violence against children and women
• Computer and ITC knowledge (MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Your skills and experiences:
o At least graduate high school , good English (speaking, writing and comprehension)
o Preferable at least one year experience on teaching, social work with children, families or communities´
o Very good swimming skills
o High social skills in natural interaction with different age groups, relationship building, and empathy
o Ability to proactively approach strangers and take the lead in a conversation
o Ability to use computer, internet including e-mail, microsoft office (word - excel - powerpoint)
o Facilitation and teaching skills
o Your work attitude should be role modeling to your team and the guest at the Pool
o Being able to lead conversations and activities with individuals as well as a small group of children and teenagers. Approaching people proactively, addressing issues respectfully
