Job Description
• Main Responsibilities:
o Manage overall accountant and finance department such as planining, monitoring and evaluation.
o Function staff base on capibilty ensure the headcount fit to the actual work activities
o Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
o Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
o Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
o Checking the report and collecting all cash from cashiers
o Controlling end-to-end process of money transaction
o Reveiwing financial report and monitoring financail detail
o Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
o Reviews and processes payments of the company.
o Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
o Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
o Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
o Preparing monthly and annual reports
Job Requirement
• Education
o Bachelor/Master degree relevant field.
o Experience
o Minimum 3 years of experience within real estate field
o Skill
o Excellent comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large datasets and translate into comprehensive reports
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SPSS and other research applications and software
o Good verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English
o Good organizational and interpersonal skills
o Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
o Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
o A multi-task person and able to deliver under pressure
