Job Description
• Receiving and Recording maintenance order from all department
• Ensuring troubleshooting, operating, repairing, and maintaining all cool equipment such as air conditioners, freezers, refrigerators
• Ensuring the electrical system maintenance and installation
• Ensuring with firefighting system and electrical system in building and maintenance
• Checking and monitoring the operation motors with plumbing system, motor controller plumbing, and generator with ATS control panel. Working on general building maintenance
• Supervising and working closely with maintenance team/Following up with all maintenance plans
• Participating to define the strategic and action plans for each department with maintenance service follow up by weekly, monthly and annual plans
• Providing the operational maintenance to make sure that all materials related to electrical system, cools equipment, heating machines, and gas systems run smoothly and safely.
• Providing maintenance service to all departments when needed
• Following up with maintenance teams for the service support including fixing with reports and report and update back to all the departments that request the service support
• Ensuring the requested service support from each department completed
• Making daily report to MEP coordinator
• Ensuring all materials related to electric run smoothly/Ensuring maintenance order be completed
• Preparing some documents record such as folder, bill, maintenance order, and other files
• Assisting higher level with appraisal on subordinate staff
• Working on other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree and high diploma of electricity, air conditioning or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience with plumbing, electricity, air-conditioning, and/or experience beyond at hotel or casino resort
• Good knowledge of management skills and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS word, Excel, and CADs.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to working procedure and working environment
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Valid license to practice profession
• Good speaking and written skills both Khmer and English
• Good attention to detail and organizing skills to manage working schedules effectively
• Be familiar with the construction and mechanic tasks
• Be willing to work with flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
