Job Description
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders and establish effective communicate with various levels of personnel.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
• Able to work on tight schedule, and deliver within the stipulated timeframe or SLA agreed/established with stakeholders and within approved budget allocated.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents adhering to SDLC guidelines, Project & Quality Management Framework, Process & Compliance.
• Proper planning, estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set clear message, transparent update and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate and available tools
• Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Establish Post Implementation Review for each project undertaken for further improvement.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed/ Ancillary on the above.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor/Master in IT / Computer Science from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years in working experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Excellent communication skill with good attitude
• Strong knowledge of project management planning principles, tools and techniques
• English writing and speaking proficiency is a must/ Adaptable, flexible and committed
• A self-starter and can work with minimum supervision
• Certifications in project management professional will be an advantage
