Job Description
• Be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of mud, paint, carpentry and other related works
• Maintain and drainages, inspect and clean rainwater wells, etc.
• Be responsible for minor repair of public facilities and houses, and repair & maintenance of civil works
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirement
• More than 3 years of practical work experience in the same position in the property industry
• Understand the professional knowledge of maintenance and production of civil engineering, and have strong hands-on ability for bricklayers, flooring tiles, and wall plastering.
• Be competent for various inspection, repair, maintenance and installation work within the scope of responsibility
• Strong sense of work responsibility and good team spirit, able to endure hardships and hard work
• Skilled in wall laying, plastering, patching, tiling, waterproofing, floor leveling, floor drain installation and other related muddy work
