Job Description
-Conduct maintenance management work of production machines and related equipment:
-Repair and maintenance company production machine
-Follow up and facilitate machine maintenance work
-Conduct and report daily maintenance check (Daily Maintenance Check List, PM Check List)
-Calibrate and confirm individual and sharing tools
-Prepare machine records and report to management-Attend company activity
-Follow direction from supervisor-Conduct assigned work
-Follow company code of practice and company regulation-Do the additional assignments
-Work in the way which minimize the impacts to environment
-Set up monthly, yearly maintenance plan and prepare summary report to share with supervisor and related persons
-Analysis machine problem and improvement to prevent re-occurrence
-Basic spare part control
-Maintenance KPIs management and repair document control
Job Requirement
-Age: 25 ~ 30 years-Sex: Male would be preferable
-Education: Bachelor degree or high vocational in Mechanical or Electrical or Automation Control
-GPA: 2.75up-TOEIC Score: Score 500up (preferable)
-Primary mathematics ability-English communication
-Experience in Maintenance job (more than 3 years)
-Basic PC skill (Excel, word, Power Point)
-Open mind, team work mind and Leadership-Friendliness toward all associates
-Understand general drawing (ex. Piping diagram, Electrical drawing)
-Must be Able to repair Machine ( PLC , Hydraulic , Pneumatic , Mechanic)
-Able to use Lathe Machine , Milling Machine , Argon Welding-Understand TPM Concept
-Be able to transform simple drawing with PC
-Be able to improve equipment and JIGs
-Be able to work overtime (until late in the night) or holiday in emergency situations such as MC Breakdown or Malfunction
-Willing to work at PPSEZ
