- Manage cold drink operation Nationwide- Ensure meeting departmental KPI
- Cooler Movement 95% within 72 hours (count after getting complete document for sale admin)
- Work closely with CDM about all document and plan on the placement of CDE, inclusive of logistics.
- Work closely with supplier delivery truck to ensure deliver, installation and merchandising correct way
- Manage Phnom Penh warehouse
- Provide regularly required CDE reports (daily, weekly, monthly reports), weekly collect and submit working plan to CDM, monthly collect and submit People Plan of all members within the team to CDM. Be sure that required reports and information are delivered on time.- Manage and resolve customers’ calls
- Work closely with service provider to fix it within 24 hour (town) and 48 (outside town).
- Work closely with CDE technician team leader on report cooler breakdown.
- Cooler Missing: Less than 1%, Manage and report send out every quarterly.
- Manage all CDE at the market and its related procedure and documents for Nationwide
- Manage and support in CDE Activations for Nationwide
- Facilitate deliver CDE items at right place & time and Sales team to achieve targets.
- Deal with the suppliers (service delivery & maintenance) to deliver on timeline.

Main Job responsibilities is to stand by and support provinces when Team on leave or big installation.

- Put Asset Tag label to all CDE equipment.
- Test all new CDE equipment before delivering to customer.
- Repair the CDE equipment in Warehouse and at customer outlet as requested.
- Report the repairing activities of all CDE to Fleet and Cooler Team leader.
- Report to Fleet and Cooler Team Leader for any spare parts require.
- Make sure that CDE equipment are operated with safe.
- Ensure that good house keeping and 5S in place.

• Perform all equipment maintenance tasks – corrective a preventive which include time base maintenance, condition base maintenance & predictive base maintenance-to ensure the maximum technical availability.
• Set up and maintenance all production data in SAP – SAP key user of industrial engineering applications.
• Drive the continuous improvement activities to increase the equipment performance. Ensure fast evaluation and implementation of improvement.
• Evaluate spare part requirement for wear & tear components.
