Job Description
• Analyze and assess the gaps of the skills ecosystem,
• Initiate strategies and programs to bridge the skills gaps and strengthen ecosystem,
• Provide timely support to address bottlenecks in skills ecosystem,
• Initiate strategies and programs to promote the partnership of private sector, training institutions and relevant stakeholders in skills development ecosystem,
• Collaborate with development partners, private sector, training institutions and relevant stakeholders to develop and improve the quality of skills training to meet the industrial needs, and
• Perform other tasks assigned by CEO.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus) in public policy, economics, social sciences, development studies, related field,
• At least 5 years’ experiences in relevant fields,
• Critical thinking, ability to think outside the box and problem-solving skills,
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices,
• Excellent leadership, management and attention to detail, and
• Good command of English and Khmer in both speaking and writing (Chinese is a plus).
