Job Description
• Enhancement and maintenance of PCLA applications
• Work closely with core system application team to ensure end-to-end software lifecycle is robust
• Ensuring the Applications Management function is aligned with company strategy.
• Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand and suggest best & efficient solution to cater to business needs
• Analyze problems and implement appropriate technical solutions
• Prepare the technical specification. Maintain and documents the changes
• Conduct Unit/Integration testing .Complete the assignments within the agreed deadline
• Quality analysis of the programs/system before acceptance testing
• Work closely with Business Analyst to deliver a robust and error-free application systems
• Ensure that all development and implementation are compliant with IT governance policy
• Lead junior and mid-level team members to deliver project assignment efficiently and in timely manner
• Technical review and quality analysis of the code done by junior members to ensure learning and motivation for subordinates
Job Requirement
• Experience/Skill:
o Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science and engineering.
o Minimum 3 years experiences in programming languages and in user’s application development tools, such as C#, Java, etc.
o Experience in working with CICD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc
o Experience in working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Azure SQL PaaS DB, MongoDB
o Experience working with cloud database, storage and data services: Azure Database, Azure Blob, Azure Data Factory. In-Depth understanding of Agile Methodology
o Experience in working with RESTful API’s
o Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Java, C#, etc.
o Desirable:
o Strong analytical skill
o Strong co-ordination skills required in order to liaise with counterparts within the Company
o Experience in conceptual and functional business process modeling.
o Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus. Relationship management skills
o Being able to communicate in fluent English
o Knowledge/Skill:
o Data Query Language: SQL, T-SQL. Database: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
o Data Visualization: PowerBI. Back End Development: C#, NodeJS, Java
o CICD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps

Job Description
• Be responsible for engaging with new payment gateway integration.
• Be responsible for quality and speed of all Premium allocation, collection and suspend management.
• Be responsible for accuracy premium transaction.
• Work closely with bank partners to improve premium collection rate and make convenience for customers.
• Manage Suspend balance.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improve Premium collection and Handling and/or clarify policy holders/agent’s complaints about premium collection.
• Take part in building payment gateway by support on with payment agreement, Testing UAT, Production
• Manage arrangement of the resource to ensure handling the workload of team e.g., create receipt, premium deduction, refund payment.
• Manage team’s performance and development and ensure their behavior reflects the values of Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance PLC
• Provide coaching and direction to the team and empower staff to achieve their best capability as well as developing and maintaining an open, honest, and satisfying team environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
• University graduate with minimum 5 years solid experience in operations and controls or Banking
• Ability in using English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) including translating ability.
• Ability to take high level guidance and translate into concrete plans and activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence senior leaders and inspire and train more junior team members.
• Deep understanding of operations and how risks can impact the business Knowledge/Skills:
• Good computer and MS office knowledge Very good presentation, facilitation, negotiation skills
