Job Description
• Maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns.
• Creating content digital content by doing market research.
• Measuring digital traffic and publishing content on online social media platforms such as Facebook /Tik Tok/You tube.
• Scale digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Report on paid advertising and analytics of campaigns to management.
• Research customer trends in order to decide the appropriate campaigns.
• Must have working knowledge of Facebook, Till Tok and YouTube advertising. Must be able to use SEO as well.
Job Requirement
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least seven (3) years working experience in IT software coordination and/or implementation
• Good communication skills (verbal and written),
• Flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with ability to achieve deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Salary is dependent on experience and ability

• Collect CV for other positions within Company
• Prepare job announcements for all positions required by the company, coordinate with a recruitment agency, HR website, others use another source such as Telegram, Facebook…
• Design job descriptions and job requirements for all positions
• Screen CVs of candidates and contact potential candidates for testing
• Job position, collect CV, schedule an interview with the hiring manager
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Conduct onboarding program
• Recruitment report
• Conduct one cycle of the recruitment process
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting 2+ years
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Good verbal and written communication and management skills
• Integrity and confidentiality
• Fun, open and charismatic personality with a willingness in taking on new challenges
• Strong decision-making skill
