Automotive Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to oversee our sales staff. We will expect you to analyze current sales figures, develop effective sales techniques to boost those figures, and train the sales team on the new methods. You will also be responsible for hiring and training talented sales representatives. Our ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of automotive sales experience and an impressive track record of closing deals and retaining customers.
Automotive Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance • Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
• Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
• Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
• Compile regular reports for dealership management to review• Willing to travel to provinces

Job Description
1. To push direct sales to corporate and fleet client to hit monthly target is set.
2. To support the dealer to promote the products and service in the territory.
3. To update sales pipeline and sales report to management as daily, weekly, and monthly.
4. Set up the sales forecast of demanding and report to line manager.
5. Traveling to any area which is assigned by company or line manager.
6. Join and set up the marketing activities to promote the products and service of company.
7. Update the report into CRM system as daily task.
8. Working closely with any microfinance or bank to support client buy products from company.
9. To assist any requirements or complain from client.
10. To update and report about competition in the territory as daily and monthly or any requirement.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
12. Other tasks are not limited to duty.

• Candidate must be expert in adobe photoshop.
• Candidate must be able to edit videos, images.
• Candidate must be able to work with marketing team to design banner, poster for all products.
• Work with marketing agency to come up with new concept and design.
• Candidate should have basic knowledge of creating videos and animation.
• Should have PPT skills and knowledge of Microsoft excel.

• Report all item input when loading stock from vendor inventory account and management team
• Making daily report for all item stock in & out to inventory account and management team
• Check and count random stock by weekly and monthly
• Go to check and physical count by weekly for all showroom and warehouse.
• Insure all data in and out is recorded to inventory accountant and management team on time
• Task assign by Finance Manager

• Prepare tax paper by WO and write down serial Nº
• Scan Tax paper by WO keep in files
• Copy Delivery Oder from DO and classify by dealer
• Prepare daily tax paper and send to dealer
• Prepared daily sale Spar Part record in book and excel and send by email
• Follow up documents sent to customer.

• Key In data in QB system
• Checking stock out & In in QB system regarding sale report and DO.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory Stock levels
• Ensure that all production costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs
• Doing Stock transfer from side by side
• Create new item in QB system
• Verify weekly and monthly stock report with stock controller (Vehicle, Spare Part Warehouse, Water Purifier and Showroom)
• Audit stock by weekly and monthly
• Make monthly closing report to management team
• Task assign by Finance Manager

• Manage / support in implementation of robust loan management software.
• Prepare accounting processes and do analyses accounting records along with other task allocated with line manager
• Arrange documents as required and submit to NBC
• Be responsible for preparing and reviewing finance form (Purchase vouchers, payment vouchers, sale vouchers, receipt vouchers and journal vouchers, etc.)
• Be responsible for preparing payroll process and calculate tax on salary bases on tax law.
• Be responsible for reconciliation of bank balance, balance sheet and P& L items.
• Ensure all accounting practices, financial & management reports are compliant with current Accounting laws and regulations.
• Be able to develop the accounting policy and prepare financial manual.
• Deals with ad hoc problems and provides guidance, instruction and/ or solutions to solve the problem.
• Support month-end and year-end closing process
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisors and managers

• Mange on Customer service, Spare part and Mechanic team
• Manage on customer satisfaction survey and customer retention
• Submit monthly report and send to BOD
• Set Monthly target and submit to BOD for approval
• Divide target for service staff to achieved monthly target
• Create monthly promotion and some marketing activity for service and part
• Create monthly training for old and new staff
• Monitor and Handle complaint by providing winning solution
• Create planning order as monthly for spare part stock and record all lost sale
• Make a good relationship with dealer and Ensure all dealer are applying Bajaj standard flow
• Create New flow for service staffs to ensure smooth operation and high satisfaction from customer
• Monitor on product proposal ratio, spare parts sale volume in each own shop
• Create service camp plan and budget to ensure all of customers got proper service
• Manage on call center team, follow up and data base
