Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitoring Server Operation services for but not limited to File server, Microsoft Exchange, Domain Controller, Skype for business and some Linux server such as Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu Server.
- Manage and Deploy OS security patch update for known vulnerability (security, critical, moderate…) for above server system. - Manage set up new server hardware and applications.
- Manage troubleshooting to related server services and system.- Support users’ request related server services.
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate with networks team and in-house servers.
- Prepare and manage documents and logs related server services of both Window and Linux.
- Work as team to support users and report to Manager.
- Resolve problems reported by end users.- Perform other task assigned by supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor on Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) performance.- Install and configure ESB software as per requirement.
- Administrate and manage the existing Web Services & APIs and troubleshoot.
- Design services process flow to support with system integration or third-party system.
- Develop & deploy new web service and API for new business requirement.
- Work with support team to solve the database issue.
- Administrate on security of all web services & APIs and perform regular securities monitor to identify any possible intrusions.- Implement the Disaster Recovery, Data Continuity Plan.
- To complete the tasks assigned by management and establish the activities plan.
- To ensure all services are high security, high availability and ensure services is running 24/7 without interruption.
- Perform other duties will assign by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support and ongoing monitor on Mobile Banking services including operations and risk identification to minimize down-time and to identify suspicious subscribers /transactions.
- Provide assurance on proper business process in operating Mobile Banking services including daily activities of operational staffs, compliance to policy and procedure, and other requirement.
- Provide assistant control in all aspects of local mobile operations.
- Perform Mobile system audit.
- Assist in system implementation and ongoing training.
- Contribute in developing user guide and guideline for Mobile Banking services
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent degree is required of accounting, Audit, or Finance qualification.
- Work experiences in related field.
- Knowledge of financial or business analysis, internal control system, organizational structure, works flow and operating procedures.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness.- Good written and verbal English and writing skills.
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word, MS Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Be available to travel in rural areas.

- Calculate monthly Expected Credit Loss.
- Assist to Develop and update the Expected Credit. Loss Model Development and Impairment Policy.
- Develop Credit Risk Grading and Model.
- Monitor and review the performance of impairment and credit modeling process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop user guide and guideline regarding to POS services.
- Ongoing monitor POS both operations and risk identification to minimize down-time and to identify suspicious cardholders /transactions including onsite inspection.
- Conduct onsite visits to find out any negative activities in operating POS as well as non-compliance of policies, forms’ completion, or any other further mistakes of agent/merchant.
- Assist control in all aspects of local POS operations by providing support to assigned branch POS agent/merchant.
- Perform POS systems audits and POS onsite audits.
- Assist in implementation and ongoing training. Coordinate personnel transitions that may be needed to support the system and/or process.
- Ensures that proper security procedures are followed to minimize risk and loss.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage overall issue activities and report issues or challenges to supervisor.
- Review, follow up pending tasks and consolidate weekly activity report.
- Communicate, answer and advice on appropriate actions to users per request/issue via telephone/email and other communication means.
- Administrate on FLEXCUBE core banking functionality, Complaint Sheet and Helpdesk Issue-Solution system.
- Follow up support result and feedback with all users at Head Office and branches.
- Assist in contact Off-Shore Team support to follow up urgent SRs and FLEXCUBE enhancement.
- Assist Finance Branch Support and related departments on system functionalities and testing.
- Ensure FLEXCUBE functionality set up guideline and Helpdesk Manual Operation (SLA) is followed.
- Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
