Job Description
• Send and receive documents with clearly recorded log sheet;
• Handle external and internal communication;
• Ensure proper functioning of front office operations including written correspondence in Khmer and English;
• Ensure proper function of logistical operations including travel & events organization;
• Ensure safety, custody and maintenance of Office, Computer & Accessories, Furniture and other equipment;
• Ensure maintenance of up-to-date register of assets; and
• Executive other tasks assigned the Project Management Unit
Job Requirement
• Bachelor degree in public administration, business management or a similar field preferred;
• Master’s is a plus;
• 4 years of experience in administrative work or in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Attention to detail.
