Job Description
• Prepare contracts (SPA/Rental)
• Prepare the notice letter for any legal purpose/records
• Assist Clients for site visit
• Coordinate and communicate with internal team (Design and Operation team) to achieve Clients’ requirement, needs and satisfaction.
• Keep record/update of all Hard Titles for all Projects
• Support Admin team regarding some administrative works at relevant authorities
• Keep Clients updated on any progress report/info
• Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Process the Hard Title name transfer for all Clients and VIPs
• Maintain Clients database
• Keep record all Clients complaints and consult/work with Customer Service Manager to resolve on a timely manner
• Communicate directly either by phone calls or attend the meetings with Clients/other stakeholders as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Use telephones to reach out to Clients and verify account information
• Resolve Clients’ complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
• Greet Clients warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
• Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
• Other tasks assign by the Manager and Top Management
Job Requirement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and a customer service attitude are essential.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
