Job Description
• Data Collection and Analysis
o Collecting, analysing and presenting Teacher Support and Evaluation data in order to inform professional development initiatives, and determine effectiveness.
o Collecting, analysing and presenting perception survey data in order to inform Key Actions in the School-wide Action Plan, and determine effectiveness.
o Collecting analysing and presenting student achievement data in order to inform planning and instructional changes, and determine effectiveness of interventions.
o Budget and Logistics Administration
o Liasing with the Head of Curriculum, Principals, School-level Coordinators, Teachers, and procurement department to facilitate purchases from the Major Learning and Teaching Resources, Professional Development and ACS WASC budgets.
o Tracking actual expenditure vesus budget allocated for the Major Learning and Teaching Resources, Professional Development and ACS WASC budgets.
o Seminar, transportation and accommodation booking, payment, and administration for the Professional Development and ACS WASC budgets.
o General Administration and Support
o Managing appointments and calendar for the Head of Curriculum
o Providing administrative support for the School-level and Subject Coordinators including printing, photocopying, and providing stationary and supplies.
o Acting as liaison between the Curriculum Department and the Administrtion and Finance Departments.
o Translation from English to Khmer and vice versa when delaing with non-English speaking parents and other stakeholders.
Job Requirement
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administratiion or a related subject.
• A professional with good organisation, communication, collaboration and cross-cultural skills.
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to accept constructive feedback and strive for professional growth.
• A strong commitment to the school’s beliefs about education and the learning process as adopted in the school’s Mission, Vision and SLOs.
• Experience with data-driven improvement planning and cycles of continuous school improvement.
• Recent criminal police record check certificate.
