• Support training proposal evaluation team in the whole proposal appraisal processes, including spot-check activities;
• Co-develop an appraisal framework and criteria of training proposal and participate in providing a fair and transparent proposal appraisal;
• Take part in the preparation of the project proposals appraisal reports,
• Support the training proposal evaluation team to research and collect additional data to verify the quality and accuracy of submitted training proposals;
• Collect data and information on training unit costs, and industry and training providers’ information background, and
• Perform other assigned tasks.
