• Monitor and ensure credit quality in the portfolio including assessing and managing account risk profile again to the entity level cashflow requirements.
• Coordinate with the related departments in marketing and servicing the customers.
• Conduct training on the business process regarding the system implementation and digital tools to the team as per business needs.
• To ensure governance of data, the correctness of reporting, alignment of use cases, and promote the use of a data-driven decision-making process.
• Provide support to Business Performance Manager monitoring and improvement processes.
• Provide input to ensure that financial and commercial considerations are well protected by portfolio assessment of the risky part.
