Job Description
• Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
• Report on regional sales results.
• Prepare and review the annual work plan and action plan of the regions.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions in the regions.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for regions growth.
• Acquisition new customers and retention existing customers to achieve regional sales plan.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Closely follow up AR and understand cashflow for each customer and then report to At Risk Portfolio (ARP) committee if there is any credit risk in the region.
• Prepare and write credit assessment, proposal, and quotation.
• Review sale purchase agreement, collateral, and any legal document to ensure that there is no expiry.
• Regularly visit customers and locations in the regions.
• Recruit and persuade wholesalers/ customers in the region to equip BVM trademark.
• Ensure BVM stations in the regions follow the policy and guidelines of MME and government institutions.
• Ensure BVM stations in the regions to be aligned with our core value and get fully support.
• Assist Sales Manager to prepare operational and strategic plans for long term and short-term goals.
• Closely follow up price and other activities of competitors in the region.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 2 years of working experience in Sales/Customer Service.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
• Experience and knowledge in petroleum business operation.
• Be able to analyze client portfolio and market segmentation in the region.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Sales Representative.
• Good communication, negotiation, solving problem, and analytical skills.
• Management and leadership, and organizational skills.
• Availability to travel as needed and stay in the province.
• Be able to work independently and under pressure.
• Be flexible regarding working hours.
