Job Description
• Ensure Core Banking System is up and running smoothly and effectively.
• Provide technical support for Core Banking System problems and other in-house applications’ problems.
• Register issues in the Vendor’s helpdesk system by providing details information, track the opened issues with vendor to ensure timely resolution.
• Test and verify the provided solutions and/or features sent by system vendor in UAT environment before applying the solutions/features to productions.
• Develop reports of Core Banking System and other in-house MIS System.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Report Data on Weekly and Monthly basis.
• Build and maintain Data Warehouse.
• Develop, troubleshoot and support Business Intelligence System.
• Lead, develop and support Mobile Application project.
• Provide assistance and support for all other issues assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Good at HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, .NET and Open-Source technologies.
• Good knowledge of ReactJS Native, Dart and Flutter.
• Databases related Technologies.
• Computer literacy in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
• Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Minimum 3 years MIS working experience.
• Well managed on multi tasks.
• High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
