Job Description
• Responsible for ensuring the overall achievement of branch sales and service goals
• Responsible for the overall sales and marking activities at the branch, including promotional campaigns and new product roll-outs
• leads by example, communicates the rule, encourages, motivates, and requires all staff adherence to the same rule
• Ensure portfolio quality is controlled at all time
• Identifies target marketed; develops and implements a branch expansion strategy
• Ensure the branch's operational integrity; monitors potential risks and reports suspicious activities and/or violations promptly
• Responsible for planning and continuously monitoring staff level requirements, participating in recruitment and selection, daily scheduling of branch staff, providing for and/or coordinating training and development, completing performance appraisals, resoling staff conflicts, disciplining and participating in the rewards and recognition decision-marking process
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business (banking, finance, accounting, economics, or marketing)
• Three year experience in sales and operation in the bank/microfinance/leasing industry
• Two years of experience in management and staff supervision
• Prior business development experience required, microfinance, or banking industry preferred
• Good computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet software application; working knowledge of MIS for the bank/microfinance/leasing industry
• Working proficiency in English
